For most of my life, public speaking terrified me. Then I stepped into a co-founder role — and suddenly I was being called onto stages. That first time I stood up there, the microphone almost fell out of my hand from shaking so much. But sharing my experience as a female founder, navigating fear and uncertainty in public and how I design my entrepreneurial life to be balanced and sustainable, turned out to resonate with people.
